No Personal Accounts or Registration

The App does not require users to create an account or register. We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

Access and Processing of Camera Data

We require access to your device's camera to perform the core function of the app.

• Purpose: Camera access is used solely to capture images of physical receipts for the purpose of Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
• Local Processing: All image processing, character extraction, and data analysis is performed locally on your device using an integrated library.
• No Uploading: Images captured by the camera are never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party. All functionality related to receipt scanning is performed offline.
• Data Retention: Immediately after the OCR process is complete, the captured image file is securely deleted from the application's cache. We do not retain copies of original receipt images. The extracted data remains stored locally on your device.

Technical Data Collection (Sentry)

To ensure stability and continuous improvement, we rely on Sentry for essential error and performance monitoring.

Limited Network Usage: The App does not use the internet for core functionality. The only information transmitted is minimal diagnostic data when an error or crash occurs.

Type of Data Collected: This may include device type, Operating System, screen resolution, and the state of the application at the time of the crash.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Payly application and its associated features are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, the App is intended as a helpful tool and not a substitute for personal calculation or financial verification.

The user expressly agrees that use of the App is at the user's sole risk.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or performance of the OCR feature, calculations, or data extraction.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Mistakes, inaccuracies, or errors in the data extracted or calculated by the App.
• Any bad decisions or improper use of the App's results.
• Any data loss, corruption, or inability to retrieve local data stored within the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Cookie Bakery is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from reliance on the App's outputs or any failure of the App to perform as expected.
